PAYMENTS

AVAILABILITY

I can accept payments through Venmo, PayPal, CashApp. All prices listed are in USD.

To protect my clients, I only provide an invoice or receipt upon request. 

All payments must be received before work can begin. There are no refunds unless there is any reason that I'm unable to deliver the services that you've paid for.

I'm available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern time. I take time off for all major US holidays.

Any other time off exceeding more than two consecutive days will result in a prorated refund or a discount on upcoming services.

privacy

The privacy of my clients is the most important part of my work.

All personal information, passwords, credit cards, etc. is stored on an encrypted server. I prefer to take this information over the phone whenever possible. Upon the conclusion of our working relationship, all information is immediately purged.

There are no invoices or receipts unless you would like them. We can discuss this further if needed.

communications

I respond to emails and text messages as soon as possible. You can generally expect a response within a maximum of a couple of hours on working days.

For phone calls, availability is guaranteed when they're scheduled ahead of time, at least one day prior.

I'm unavailable outside of working hours.

liability

Your safety must come first at the end of the day. Although I do my best to screen all of your potential clients, I hold no responsibility for their behavior if they act inappropriately in person.
